Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or energised by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Nazarkoots (Nazar Kavach masks) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are sacred protective items that are energised and dispatched with divine intent.
How to Raise a Return

- Share your order number and photos/video of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Refund Process
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after return pickup
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 5–7 business days
Exchange
We offer free exchange for damaged or wrong products (excluding Nazarkoots).
