1. Products

All products sold on Shukham are for personal, spiritual, and decorative use. Product images are for representation; slight variations in handcrafted items are natural.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placement. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure or stock unavailability.

4. Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders require a partial advance payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on shukham.com including images, text, and logos are the property of Shukham and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shukham is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
